I bought JG Casino and it isn't working at all.
I can play games, but all my points are removed after I play, because I can't cashout.

I am running JG Casino 1.4 Alpha and Joomla 1.5.18, so both the newest versions.
How can I solve this problem?
Maybe I did something wrong in installation procedure, I just uploaded com_casino and installed via Joomla. I then clicked installation in JG Casino and it installed the plugin.

What I have tried:
Switching off: Hide Special Users
Enable Legacy mode
Other game than black jack(poker)

What to do?

Check Casino Cashout plugin if is installed and enabled,

check gamedata folder if installed (root/casino/gamedata/gamename),

If You use any SEF, try switch off.

I have the plugin installed and enabled.
Gamedata does exist
I switched off System - Sef, but then the button Cashout doesn't do a thing(with sef on, it shows the browser is doing something but nothing happens)

What to do now?

Like another person said on this forum, it looks like we are paying for a buggy module without installation manual and no support...
Can I ask for a refund if the module isn't working in a week?

Try reinstall JG Casino or install JG Casino 1.3 stable. Version 1.4 is alpha!
