Hello Vanama,

I'm going back to the basics with my website and while I'm going to keep using JG Casino, I'm not going to allow my members to exchange the casino points for AUP points.

What I need now is a built-in reset function that will clear all of the users' current casino bank points to zero but when they enter the casino again they will be given a new welcome bonus (like a new user will get when they use the JG Casino for the first time). I want to reset the casino every month and reward the top players with AUP points. If you can build into the JG Casino a tournament feature, I will be extremely happy.

I know I could probably use a mySQL script to remove the data, but I'm not good at all with mySQL so I don't want to potentially destroy my website.

Again, the reset function will basically remove all users of the JG Casino points. When they reenter the casino they will get a welcome bonus.

The tournament feature could be easy to add as well. It will operate essentially like your Puarcade Scoreboard component with the top 25 players and their casino winnings. The reset function will reset the casino tournament page as well.


Tinker I want to know how far along you are with those tournament modules because I'm going to need them. Maybe you can allow Vanama to integrate them into the JG Casino!

Tinker, you probably read that I was going to switch from CB to JomSocial, but I have decided against it for now. I'm going to stick with CB for awhile longer, maybe CB 2.0 will make the templating system better. Do you have a time table on when the tournament module for 1.5 will be done? I will be happy to donate something to you for it.

Vanama, maintenance functions will be great! Do you know how long it will take to add them? How about the tournament scoreboard? Is that possible?

I migrated my main site from j10 to j15 native now. It was too time consuming, but I got it almost finished. Can I start doing it soon.

Maintenance Tools:

Reset Points: The Reset Points maintenance button will remove all the points from all users Bank Wallets back to 0 (zero). After using this maintenance feature, users can go back to the main JG Casino page and they will get the Welcome Bonus again.

Reset Games: The Reset Games maintenace button will reset all the games back to original. It will remove the Times Played, Won Chance, Total Won, and Total Lost for all games.

Reset All: This button will remove both the Points and Games data mentioned above.


JG Casino Tournament:

The JG Casino Tournament section will give you several features. First you will have a global scoreboard (similar to the one you developed for the Puarcade extension) for the top 25/50/100 users and their winnings. On top of this Scoreboard, you can show the Casino Statistics

Past Casino Tournament Winners: Shows the Past winners of the Single Casino Game Tournament module below. Shows the Users names, Their Winnings, The Game and how many points they won from the tournament. PLEASE make this page, as this WILL increase the number of players who play in the tournaments. This page should show the last THREE tournaments and their winners, scores, games and points they won!

Single Casino Tournament: This module will be similar to the Arcade Contest for Puarcade. The webmaster picks a game, beginning time, ending time, and points for the 1 position, 2 position and 3rd position. You will want to make a AUP_rule so if a webmaster picks AUP for the points, the winners will get AUP points if they win. You can use the JomSocial, AUP, JG Casino Points and Karma points systems.
